Returns & Exchanges
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned with original packaging and receipt within 14 days from the date of shipment. Valid identification is also required to receive a mail check or to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check.
If we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly refund all shipping charges. Remember to save your packing slip as your receipt.
To return merchandise please follow these easy steps:
- Contact us by email to receive a return/exchange confirmation.
- List the item(s) you are returning & write the reason for the return on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order.
- Send the item(s) back to us via U.S. Mail to the address listed below.
- Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item(s), please email us at love2ask@allaycalifornia.com and we'll send the in-stock item(s) out right away & waive the shipping fee.
- If you prefer a refund, we will credit the credit card originally used. We will issue a check only for mail orders paid by check or money orders.
- Credits or refunds will take 7-10 business days. If you ordered by credit card, you'll see the credit on your following statement. If you paid by check, we will mail your refund.
